Program Overview

Our Homeschool Martial Arts Program is designed to give students a high-quality physical education experience while also developing confidence, focus, and discipline. It’s the perfect mid-day movement break that supports both body and mind!

HOME SCHOOL ONLY CLASS MEETS MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY AT 12:30PM.

🔹 Engaging Physical Fitness & Movement

This fun, structured program provides a full-body workout that helps students:

• Build strength, endurance, and flexibility

• Improve balance, coordination, and agility

• Boost cardiovascular health and energy levels

Classes are active, engaging, and perfect for kids who need a positive outlet for movement during the school day. Recommended participation is 1–2 times per week to maintain progress and consistency.

🔹 Character Development with Black Belt Excellence (BBE)

We pair physical activity with meaningful character education through our 18-lesson Black Belt Excellence Curriculum, helping students grow in:

• Focus & discipline

• Respect & responsibility

• Confidence & leadership

Lessons are incorporated into class time, making every session valuable for both physical and mental growth.

🔹 Uniform & Class Structure

Students wear a distinctive Black Gi, which promotes a sense of pride, discipline, and belonging. Classes follow a structured format that keeps kids moving, learning, and motivated.

This program is a great way for homeschool families to integrate purposeful exercise, positive mindset training, and peer interaction into their weekly schedule — all in a fun, supportive environment.
